Return Policy: All products are to be returned within 7 days of receiving the order, with deduction of shipping and logistics costs, and this applies even if the customer purchased the products with free shipping. Ensure that the product has not been used before returning and that it is in its original condition upon receipt. The product must be returned within 7 days. - If the shipment is received, opened, and partially or fully used by the customer, the order cannot be canceled, and no amounts paid can be refunded. - If the order is received with a missing or damaged product, please contact the store, clarify the issue, and provide proof of its validity to be compensated for the value of the product. - If a completely different order or an order belonging to another customer is received, do not open any of the components and contact the store directly to coordinate sending the correct order and returning the mistakenly sent order. If any of the products in the mistakenly sent order are used partially or fully, the customer is required to pay the full value of the used products within 24 hours of receiving the order. - The store is not responsible for any damages caused to the products partially or fully while in the customer's possession or due to misuse, and the resulting consequences.
